Who we are

JDLXP LLC operates this website as a simple public presence for a private venture holding company.

Contact form information

When you use the contact form, we collect only the information you choose to submit. We use it to read and respond to your inquiry.

We do not collect mailing addresses, payment card details, or account passwords through the contact form.

• Name (required): up to 100 characters.
• Company name (required): up to 200 characters.
• Email address (required): up to 254 characters; must be a valid email format.
• Phone (optional): up to 40 characters.
• Message (required): up to 5000 characters.
• Hidden anti-spam field: the form includes a hidden "website" field that legitimate visitors do not complete. If that field is filled, the submission is ignored and none of the other fields are stored or emailed.

How contact form submissions are processed

Your browser sends the form data to our website using a secure POST request to /api/contact. Our hosting provider routes that request to a contact-mailer service, which validates the fields and sends an email to our business inbox.

The email is sent from justin@jdlxp.com through Cloudflare Email Routing. The reply-to address is set to the name and email you provided so we can respond directly.

Submitting the contact form is voluntary. We process your information because you asked us to contact you.

Other information we collect

This site does not use an account system.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source). In the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we ask for consent before loading Analytics. Elsewhere we load it without a prompt. If you decline, Analytics is not loaded.

If you email us at justin@jdlxp.com, we receive the information you choose to include in that message and use it only to read and respond.

• Server and security logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and approximate timing of requests to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to messages you send through the contact form or by email.
• Operate, maintain, and secure this website.
• Understand site traffic and improve the website, when Analytics is enabled.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and handle inquiries (such as Cloudflare for hosting, email routing, and related infrastructure, and Google for Analytics when it is enabled), or if required by law.

Retention and security

We keep contact form and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal or operational requirements.

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and Google’s policies.

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may choose not to use the contact form and instead email justin@jdlxp.com directly.

Where we show a consent prompt for Analytics, you can Accept or Decline. To change a saved choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page, or email justin@jdlxp.com.

You may email justin@jdlxp.com to ask about personal information we hold related to your correspondence. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.
